Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only. All orders are dispatched from the UK. Some remote areas and offshore locations may take longer.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Delivery options and costs

Standard UK delivery is £5.99, and free on orders of £50 and over. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email, with tracking where the delivery service provides it.

Restricted items

Some items (e.g. bladed tools, fuel) may have delivery restrictions or require age verification. Bladed items are only sold to customers aged 18+, and ID may be checked on delivery. If no one aged 18+ can show ID, the parcel may be returned to us.
