Shipping

We deliver to UK addresses only. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
Standard UK delivery is £5.99, and free on orders of £50 and over. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
You'll receive a dispatch email, with tracking where the service provides it.
Some items (e.g. bladed tools, fuel) may have delivery restrictions or require age verification.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Items should be returned unused and in original condition. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to inspect it.
Unless stated otherwise, the customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns.
We refund the original delivery charge (standard rate) and the item price within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
Sealed hygiene items, opened food and opened first aid consumables cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty.

You have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
After 30 days, we'll offer a repair or replacement; if that isn't possible, a refund (which may be reduced after six months to reflect use).
We cover return postage for faulty items.
