Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard UK delivery is £5.99, and free on orders of £50 and over. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Your dispatch confirmation email includes tracking where available.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the item within a further 14 days. Items should be unused and in their original condition. See our Returns policy for details.

What if my item is faulty?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a refund for a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. After that, we'll offer a repair or replacement. Get in touch via our contact page with your order number and a photo.

Are there items you can't accept back?

For hygiene and safety, opened food, sealed hygiene products and opened first aid consumables can't be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you sell knives?

Some bladed tools are available to customers aged 18+ only. Age verification applies at checkout and delivery, in line with UK law.

What should go in an emergency grab bag?

Water, a torch, a radio, a first aid kit, a power bank, warm layers, copies of key documents, cash and any medication. Our Grab Bags collection shows full contents for each kit.

How long does emergency food last?

It varies by product. Each listing shows the best-before date or shelf life stated by the manufacturer. Store it cool and dry and rotate your stock.

Will a water filter make any water safe?

No filter removes everything. Each product lists what it's rated to remove. Check the specification against where you'll use it, and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
