About Us

We started The Survival Shop because the kit that keeps you comfortable on a hill or a riverbank is often the same kit that helps when the power goes off at home.

We're a UK business selling practical gear for hiking, camping, kayaking and bushcraft, alongside sensible preparedness essentials: grab bags, water filtration, off-grid power, first aid and storm kit. No scaremongering and no bunker mentality – just well-chosen equipment and honest product information.

What we stand for

• Useful over flashy. We stock gear because it does a job well.
• Honest specs. Weights, capacities, contents and ratings as the manufacturer states them – no exaggerated claims.
• Calm preparedness. Being ready for a storm or power cut is common sense, not panic.
• Real help. Questions about kit? Get in touch via our contact page and a real person will reply.

All orders are dispatched from the UK.
